Rocío Mitts Pattern

About the design: These mitts can turn out very differently when knit in a solid color or in a more luxurious yarn. The result will be either a more fun and boho accessory, or one that is a lot more chic, similar to the companion Lolita Mitts. This design is not as tight to the hand as Lolita is, so if you are looking for a more sophisticated look, you can skip 2 sts in needles 2 and 3, a total of 4 sts. It’s a bit easier to knit than Lolita, as the main chart is simpler.

Materials

Yardage: 190m/208y fingering yarn

Yarn: 1 skein (50 g) Lang Mille Colori Baby (colorway 052)

Needles: Double Pointed Needles 2,75-3mm (US 2-2½)

Notions: Stitch markers, waste yarn, darning needle.

Gauge: 32 sts and 40 rounds = 10 x 10 cm (4″x4″)

Size: One size. With instructions to knit a slightly bigger or smaller mitt.
