Lolita Mitts Pattern

About the design: Simple mitts with a central lace panel. Designed to be knit in a very soft, solid color yarn, such as Baby Alpaca or Cashmere. It’s OK to splurge, you’ll need not many yards! The design is very tight to the hand, making it look chic and sophisticated. In our current yarn range, malabrigo Mora is recommended.

Materials

Yardage: 150m/164y fingering weight yarn

Yarn: 1 skein (50g/1,75oz) Lang Baby Alpaca

Needles: Double Pointed Needles 2,75-3mm (US 2-2½)

Notions: Stitch markers, waste yarn, darning needle.

Gauge: 32 sts and 40 rounds = 10 x 10 cm (4″x4″)

Size: One size. With instructions to knit a slightly bigger or smaller mitt.
